Using the Site

MAGSi is designed for personal, non-commercial use. Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our content without written permission.

Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy — not a confirmed sale. We'll confirm by email once we've reviewed stock and payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, and will refund you in full if we do.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in USD and include all applicable taxes. Payment is taken at the time of order. If your card is declined, we'll cancel the order.

Shipping

Shipping estimates are estimates — not guarantees. We'll pass along a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Delays caused by carriers are outside our control.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — product imagery, copy, the MAGSi name and marks — is ours or licensed to us. Please don't use it commercially without asking.

Liability

MAGSi products are designed to be damage-free on standard US wall plates. Install at your own risk. We're not responsible for indirect or incidental damages related to product use beyond the price you paid for the product.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
